Our Client is the well known, international transport & logistic, largest companies operating across the whole Europe. We need a manager who is experienced working in international companies❗️

Your next role:

We are currently looking for Candidates for the challenging position of Country Manager❗️ to be based in Warsaw, with additional regional responsibility outside Poland. Country Manager will take care of overall operational management, including business development, sales, customer experience. He or She will be responsible for is responsible for co-determining and subsequently the successful implementation of the strategy of the assigned Business Unit within the framework of the group in order to ensure the realization of the objectives and optimal cooperation between the companies/countries within the Business Unit as well as with other business units. Spin offs are always challenging, someone needs to talk to many advisors, internal rules and regulations,

What do you need to be successful in this position❓

We are looking for Candidates with senior management experience gained in transport and ligistic sector, most preferably with background in international work environment. Our Client expects great understanding of logistics processes. The perfect Candidate should be an effective communicator and negotiator, well organised, with ability to prioritise the workload. Very good English knowledge is necessary❗️

What we expect:

📌 Demonstrable leadership experience (minimum 5 years in a similar position with +100 FTE) with a large forwarding/ logistics service provider.

📌 Extensive knowledge of the freight forwarding market, including main competition, legislative environment.

📌 Experience in managing a business unit with international clients and agents/partners.

📌 Demonstrable experience with account management of large volume

📌 Experience in setting up and managing budgets and P&L responsibility
