📌Development Engineer for Thermal Systems – Wałbrzych

Work Place: Wałbrzych woj. dolnośląskie

Responsibilities:

📌 realize the technical concept, technical feasibility and customer specification fulfilment of new product inside complete seat

📌 design heating and cooling systems

📌 perform thermal analysis and testing processes, monitor system performance and identify aspects that can be improved for greater efficiency

📌 necessary releases during the development process

📌 ensure new products meet system level performance, cost and timing objectives

📌 ensure the product’s development: adherence of quality methods, keep the development plan up to date, ensure timely completion of each work package, define and supervise work packages of Technical Development and manage necessary changes, co-ordination with customers, suppliers and Industrial Engineering

📌 establish product knowledge documentation and lessons learned

📌 contribute to the continuous technical improvement of the metier

Expectations:

📌 master’s degree in Mechanical/Electronic Engineering

📌 experience in automotive or automotive supplier industry (preferably experience in seat development and production)

📌 experience in design and development of heating and cooling systems for automotive car seats

📌 advance knowledge about thermodynamic process in terms of heating and cooling systems inside the automotive car seats

📌 ability to perform thermal analysis and testing processes, monitor system performance

📌 experience in components development (plastic parts and foams development knowledge required)

📌 Complete Seat knowledge: trimming, comfort & wellness, comfort & trim, JIT

📌 leadership skills and team player with strong communication skills

📌 knowledge and experience in Project Management (min. 3 years in similar projects)

📌 good MS Office and MS Project skills

📌 minimum bilingual (Polish, English or German required)
