📌 JIG and Machine Shop Manager- Grójec

Work Place: Grójec woj. mazowieckie

Responsibilities:

📌 JIG and Machine Shop management to develop and manufacture jig, tools and equipment to ensure quality, lead-time and cost for production equipment for production plants

📌 Budget and department turnover management

📌 Employees and team management (appraisals and goal definition for team members, developing employees’ competencies)

📌 External support divided into the areas of design/work preparation/automation/machining production

📌 Aligning processes, procedures and standards for different tools and equipment

📌 KPIs management (cost margin, tooling cost indicator, mis deliveries, quality performance)

📌 Analyzing of customers’ input data, internal data and program risks

📌 Designing efficient departmental processes, developing the portfolio, responsibility for occupational safety

📌 Processing of customer enquiries and offers preparation aligned to the market needs

📌 Operating according to the FCP’s

Expectations:

📌 Master’s degree in Engineering

📌 Several years of experience in design and development

📌 At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the automotive sector

📌 Team player with strong communication skills and international mindset

📌 Independence and methodical way of working, organizational skills

📌 Projects management experience

📌 Customer and service orientation

📌 Good PPS and MS Office skills

📌 English is a must
